kedbg needs finalization for release

Kedbg works ! great ! But it needs some last arrangements before we can pretend to a release:

- Improve the linkmap loading time.

- Improve stepping performance. Currently we can only step a couple of instructions per seconds.

- Make sure the kernel debugger works with QEMU (opensource !)

- Be able to catch BIOS interrupts and give control to the user.

- Be able to ctrl-C and take control as if a breakpoint happened.

- Create the kedbg wiki page.
